MANI IN FEDE
Originally transliterated from the Latin mani in fide into the Italian and now more common mani in fede, the phrase means something like "hands in faith, in trust".

The two clasped right hands are a symbol of love and friendship, trust and togetherness, between man and woman, parents and children, friends and relatives and dates back to ancient times.
